Account Manager | Surrey | £35-40,000 (AE645595)

You will work 3 days each week in the Surrey office; more if you prefer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, productive partnerships with high street retail and e-commerce customers
• Provide a central point of contact between your customers and internal teams, responding to enquiries promptly and accurately
• Lead implementation and optimise performance of launch and promo campaigns
• Monitor and manage budgets, identifying potential issues and solutions
• Deliver product training sessions to retail partners, enhancing brand knowledge and visibility
• Analyse trends, conduct field visits, and proactively identify market opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in Account Management within the beauty industry, ideally including a skincare or suncare brand
• Hands-on experience with high street retailers and pure-play beauty websites
• Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
