The team thrives on collaboration and communication, and this role is fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, productive partnerships with high street retail and e-commerce customers
- Provide a central point of contact between your customers and internal teams, responding to enquiries promptly and accurately
- Lead implementation and optimise performance of launch and promo campaigns
- Monitor and manage budgets, identifying potential issues and solutions
- Deliver product training sessions to retail partners, enhancing brand knowledge and visibility
- Analyse trends, conduct field visits, and proactively identify market opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
- Success in Account Management within the beauty industry, ideally including a skincare or suncare brand
- Hands-on experience with high street retailers and pure-play beauty websites
- Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and also work in a team
- Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
