Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships by bringing fresh energy and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Develop skills in market trend analysis and contribute ideas for new product innovations.
• Support sales tracking through collaborative reporting and performance analysis.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand production challenges, project management and company operations.
• Attend UK/Europe industry events, expanding your skills and professional network.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a B2B customer-facing role, or a background in the fragrance industry
• A natural people-person with genuine enthusiasm for building professional relationships
• A business or marketing degree is an advantage, as are French language skills
