A skilled multi-tasker with an entrepreneurial approach, this role will allow you to take full ownership of the brand as you continually plan, evaluate, and improve brand strategy.
Using your proven track record across all elements of branding, you will lead the commercial development of the brand. You will monitor the performance of products and analyse how this reflects upon consumer needs, altering the brand strategy to target certain consumers and achieve profitable growth.
Working with cross-functional internal teams you will rely on your concise communication and presentation skills to deliver a significant contribution to standard business processes. You will take a collaborative approach to this role, providing support in several areas as you guide and monitor products from concept to shelf.
This role requires a real passion for the beauty market, as you will work closely with the Creative and R&D teams to develop a pipeline of ideas that drives NPD and results in greater market competitiveness. You will always have your eyes on market trends, consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities on a national and international basis.
