A well-established business in the cosmetics industry is looking for a B2B Business Development professional to expand their customer base, increase sales and maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and fostering strong industry relationships
• Provide a central contact for clients, understanding their goals and product needs
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to create new, on-trend products that meet their requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and compliance are consistently met
• Provide ongoing, post-launch support to clients, ensuring their market success and growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Business-to-Business role in beauty or personal care 
• Commercial mindset and the ability to balance client needs with business goals 
• Great communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the product development process, and experience working with teams across all functions
