A pioneering, science-led skincare company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to propel the growth of their Salon Partnerships network.
  
In this field-based position, you’ll nurture strong relationships with valued salon partners, providing specialist advice and strategies to drive sales and enhance client experience.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaborative, productive partnerships with accounts across the region through high-level communication and outstanding service
• Deliver account-specific, engaging presentations that educate salon staff and promote the company’s portfolio of innovative products
• Identify and maximise opportunities to expand listings, conduct team training, increase treatment offerings
• Continuously develop creative ways to engage accounts and motivate them to achieve ambitious sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives

Candidate Requirements:

• Record of success in business development for a hair, beauty or wellbeing brand
• Excellent presentation and training skills to educate clients
• Commercially astute with solid analytical and negotiation skills
• A creative mindset and can-do attitude
• Experience of running a territory or area, selling into hairdressers, salons or clinics
• Full driving license, and love of being out and about with your salons
