In this role you will take ownership of strategy and vision, conceptualising and executing Marketing and Sales agendas that will drive commercial growth.
This is a true leadership position, as the successful candidate will take on full P&L responsibility.
Using blue-sky thinking alongside a detail-oriented, mindset you will define, develop, and secure Board approval on the short and long-term strategic objectives that will underpin your 3-year plan.
Your priority will be to deliver the financial objectives through optimizing business function and building a team that you can guide to success.
With a razor-sharp mind with a proven track record of delivering success, the ideal candidate will likely currently be working for a major industry player managing a portfolio of successful brands. You must have a degree in a relevant discipline and the financial acumen to manage P&L.
