Are you a seasoned technical or creative perfumer who can drive change in a global powerhouse?
Do you appreciate the role of fragrance in forging powerful, consumer-product connections?
We have a unique Leadership opportunity for an experienced creative perfumer with a world-leading user of fragrances and fragrance raw materials in beauty and personal care products.
In this senior role, you will reshape fragrance development, set up an in-house compounding lab, and enhance performance, cost-efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.
Partnering with upstream Science & Technology teams, you will ensure delivery of their strategies and innovations.
Alongside your impressive record of success, you must be a true problem–solver and communicator, able to inspire change and deliver transformative results.
Candidate requirements:
- Extensive, demonstrable success as a Perfumer for consumer goods, delivering technical performance
- Experience of working with and managing cross-functional, global teams
- Experience in fragrance application for skincare, haircare, bath & body and personal care
- Relevant Science education; BSc Chemistry or above
- Perfumery school qualification, or on-the-job training plus extensive experience
