Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations Leadership: Direct EMEA operations with comprehensive oversight and strategic alignment
• Inventory Management: Create, analyse, and reconcile stock levels with precision and insight
• Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Manage customs processes, audits, and ensure full regulatory adherence
• Sales & Operational Performance: Drive sales strategies, optimize inventory, and support business growth
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align operational activities across departments to achieve integrated business goals
• Order Fulfilment & Logistics: Ensure timely retailer order processing and accurate outbound operations
• Process Improvement: Continuously optimize operational workflows and implement strategic efficiency enhancements
• Customer Resolution: Handle claims, chargebacks, and maintain high standards of customer service integrity

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in Operations at Leadership level, in the beauty or retail industry
• Inspiring team leadership, communication and influencing skills
• In-depth understanding of EU import/export regulations and Operations practices across the EMEA
