Key Responsibilities:

• Education and Training: Travel across the region, educating salon teams on product USPs and benefits
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists
• Event Coordination: Run salon evenings, wellness events, and exhibitions
• Salon Support: Assist salons with sales, merchandising, and social media
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team to grow regional business
• Planning: Manage the education calendar for successful launches and events  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a regional or national education role, including retail or professional haircare
• Demonstrable success in engaging B2B customers and building rapport
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
