A global beauty company is seeking a Facilities Ambassador to join their vibrant team in central London. In this role you will ensure the smooth operation of office administration, IT support, inventory management, and event coordination while maintaining a pleasant and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing office administration, including schedules, supplies, and maintaining the workspace
• Coordinating visitor check-ins and ensuring smooth appointment experiences
• Supporting employee onboarding by setting up workstations and IT systems
• Managing office and IT equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support
• Organising and assisting with virtual and in-person team events and meetings
• Monitoring inventory, stockroom organisation, and shipment coordination
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations across the office
• Providing event support, from planning to execution, including team and retailer events

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in office management or facilities coordination
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT troubleshooting
