A world-leading personal care ingredient supplier is seeking a commercially-focused General Manager to drive their team and accelerate their UK business.

The General Manager will provide clear commercial vision and leadership, setting strategy and driving execution.

This role is all about concept and manufacturing, not finished products. If your experience is in finished product sales, this one is not for you.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Full P&L ownership and strategic leadership
• Develop and execute competitive sales strategies
• Lead technical, R&D, and commercial teams
• Manage key client relationships and strategic accounts
• Foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture

Candidate Requirements: 

• Business degree (MBA strongly preferred)
• Extensive senior-level, B2B, UK cosmetic manufacturing experience
• Ideally in chemical, raw material, packaging or manufacturing
• Strong, successful sales or business development background
• Robust network within UK brands and cosmetic manufacturing sector
