You will spearhead the R&D organisation across all territories, allowing this company to pursue leading market standards in innovation and consumer safety. You will drive the NPD agenda, ensuring that the most future-focused, competitor-beating products are safely delivered to market.

You will use your consumer focus to shape policy in areas like claims support and quality assurance and set the practices that will ensure compliance.

You must be independent, creative, and have an ambitious mindset as you lead strategically and decisively. Strong communication skills are essential, as are outstanding stakeholder management skills.

To be successful in this role you will have exemplary, senior level experience in product development and regulatory affairs, and a strong foundation of technical knowledge and extensive FMCG experience.
