Internal Sales Representative | Manchester | £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (AE660033)

A fast-growing professional haircare & wellness company is looking for a sales professional to provide top-notch service and support to salon accounts.
  
With uncapped commission, sales team members regularly achieve packages of £35k+.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face, providing excellent support and building strong relationships with existing customers
• Combine savvy sales skills with a passion for outstanding customer service
• Identify and connect with potential new clients to the business
• Promptly respond to any enquiries, leads or opportunities, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Demonstrate independence by prioritising tasks and accounts to hit targets
• Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections  

Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a genuine love of all things hair and beauty are essential to this role. Customer-facing experience is ideal, but most important is enthusiasm for learning sales techniques and a proactive attitude.
