Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute international expansion strategies with brand leadership
• Market Intelligence: Analyse global markets, identify opportunities, and understand competitive landscapes
• Customer and Distributor Management: Build relationships, set targets, and serve as primary international contact
• Commercial Operations: Negotiate pricing, manage agreements, and oversee strategic international account performance
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive reports, track performance, and generate strategic sales projections

Candidate Requirements:

• International Sales or Business Development experience with a beauty/FMCG brand, ideally including retail or professional haircare
• Strategic mindset and strong knowledge of global retail and distribution networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Happy to travel internationally and manage flexible working hours
