A global beauty and wellness product company is looking for an NPD professional to help drive new product developments and launches. In this role you will support the creation and delivery of innovative cosmetic products, ensuring they meet quality standards, pricing targets, and timelines for successful market introductions.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the NPD lifecycle for the company’s global retail brand, focused on UK, EU, and US markets, from concept to launch
• Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate costs, evaluate samples, and conduct margin analyses for internal approvals
• Manage sample logistics, including receiving, labelling, organising, and distributing to internal teams and suppliers
• Maintain and update product development trackers, critical path analyses, and related documentation daily
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, facilitate milestone meetings, and drive on-time project completion
• Ensure regulatory compliance, product performance testing, quality assurance approvals, and data management across internal systems

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role in the cosmetics industry, proven ability working with international suppliers, and meticulous attention to detail.  Outstanding project management, organisation, and communication skills are essential.
  
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days each week in the office.
