National Account Manager | Field based, UK | £60-70,000 + generous bonus

Join an established business that supplies health and beauty and own label products to most leading UK Grocery and High Street retailers. Building on their success and your own network of contacts, you will drive sales and expansion within the market.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for key national accounts
• Conduct business reviews, updates, and planning sessions with accounts and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with retail partners at all levels
• Manage forecasting, performance reports, promotional income, and customer rebates
• Identify and drive new product launches and promotional opportunities across accounts
• Lead negotiations for new listings, promotions, and cost prices with buyers
• Perform regular store audits, monitor stock levels, and ensure data consistency
• Leverage retailer tools for account management, reporting, and internal communication

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, and existing relationships with UK Grocers’ Health & Beauty Buyers is essential
• Experience of developing and executing joint business plans
• Excellent data analysis skills, and a flair for identifying opportunities for growth
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a drive to continually improve
• A strong desire to earn your bonus and other monetary rewards

Collaboration with internal teams is vital, so regular visits to the Hertfordshire Head Office are part of the role.
