Are you a seasoned NPD Manager looking to embrace an exciting new project?
Do you have a proven track record in hair & beauty product development?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a London-based, cool and fast-growing textured hair extensions brand. You will work together with the Founder and a busy, multi-tasking team to develop exciting new products and manage the whole product development process from concept to shelf.
You are always up to date with the latest trends, technologies and innovation, with a keen interest on packaging and sustainability. Constantly keeping an eye on consumer demand and competitor activity, using your strong commercial acumen to create innovative and stylish hair extensions and hair care products.
With excellent negotiation, project management and communication skills, you will work closely with development labs, manufacturers and suppliers to deliver market leading products on time and budget.
Experience dealing with Far East manufacturers and the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment are key to this role.
