In this home based role, you will use tech to maintain close connections to the team and visit the company’s Ireland office every two weeks. If you want to work in the HQ full time, we’d be happy to have you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation from concept to delivery across all product sectors
- Foster blue sky thinking and creativity throughout the company
- Monitor ingredient, product and industry news and trends
- Conduct continual portfolio analysis to drive improvements, growth and profitability
- Contribute to creation of compelling marketing narratives and sales materials
To shine in this role you will be an NPD professional with a genuine passion for beauty, who is always one step ahead of emerging trends.
Building on your success in a similar role, you will develop a coveted product portfolio, encompassing skincare, tanning and cosmetics.
