Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects from start to finish, working closely with colleagues, clients and suppliers
• Plan project work, set priorities and manage team resources
• Be the primary contact for clients on project-related matters
• Manage quotes, invoices and all aspects of project admin
• Respond to business enquiries and promote the company’s services
• Support new business development and identify growth opportunities  

Candidate Requirements:

• Project management skills through studies, internship or a previous role
• Beauty or personal care industry experience is preferred, and a scientific education is a strong advantage
• Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
• Flexible and focused with outstanding communication skills
