Key Responsibilities

• Execute the global brand and marketing strategy across channels
• Create compelling campaigns and brand assets to drive engagement
• Develop product briefs and shoot briefs for ad campaigns
• Work with agencies on creative marketing and digital content
• Identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Manage and engage the brand community
• Support partnerships with marketing, ecommerce and wholesale

  
Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years in brand management for luxury beauty or skincare
• Strong understanding of beauty and luxury consumer behaviour
• Analytical with ability to leverage data and insights
• Creative thinker and highly organised
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment

This hybrid role is based 3 days a week in the company’s new Central London offices, and 2 days at home.
