You will create new product concepts and own the formula, pack and design approval process of this ambitious company in all matters relating to cosmetic product development, new innovations, consumer insights and product lifecycle management, from concept to shelf.
This is a central role in a busy but small team, where your strong organisational and communication skills will be needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget. You will work closely with the head of innovation and company founder, internal departments, and external suppliers to manage innovation, packaging, raw material and formulation selection, consumer trends, insights and sales data to drive a continual NPD focus.
You are a natural at developing strong relationships with suppliers for on-going new product development, monitoring and reporting on activities and trends.
