Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture key account relationships, providing a primary contact for all stakeholders
• Drive strategic revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on market opportunities
• Develop annual business plans to maximise sales and profitability
• Manage account performance by consistently monitoring and exceeding KPIs
• Optimise sales forecasting and inventory management through collaborative teamwork
• Coordinate logistical support to ensure smooth operational execution across retail partnerships
• Create targeted training programs to support retailer education needs.
• Provide market insights through performance and competitive landscape reporting  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced Account Manager with UK beauty experience, including Boots and Marks & Spencer or Sainsburys
• Expert in multichannel retail strategies, e-commerce, and digital marketing platforms
• Skilled at managing teams and accounts across diverse business environments
• Analytical professional driving strategic growth through data-driven market insights
