A global beauty and wellness product company is looking for an NPD expert to drive innovation, development and successful delivery of the NPD pipeline. In this role you will drive the creation and delivery of innovative cosmetic products, ensuring they meet quality standards, pricing targets, and timelines for successful market introductions.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ideation, explore emerging or unique product and category opportunities
• Lead end-to-end NPD initiatives from initial concept to market launch
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional team coordination
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and product sampling processes
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Facilitate collaboration across marketing, ops, regulatory, and other internal teams
• Prepare products for market launch and coordinate operational readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international colleagues and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate is skilled in product development or project management, and has technical knowledge from experience with products, packaging or similar, ideally including eye makeup or lashes.

Used to working with international suppliers, your outstanding project management, organisation, and communication skills are essential.
  
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days each week in the office.
