Senior Sales Manager | Edinburgh | £45-55,000 + bonus scheme

A British luxury skincare brand is preparing for global growth and needs an ambitious Retail Manager to take sales and distribution to the next level.
You will devise and execute a dynamic 3-5 year sales strategy to catapult revenues across new and existing markets. With your entrepreneurial approach, you’ll build connections with retailers worldwide to dramatically expand distribution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and secure partnerships with major retailers globally
- Strategically plan country launches from marketing to negotiations
- Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team
- Negotiate win-win deals with retailers and distributors
- Organize events and campaigns to boost brand awareness
- Develop retail roadmaps to support sales strategy
- Manage inventory and forecasting to meet sales goals
- Work closely with marketing to drive integrated 360 campaigns
