Are you an ambitious Site, Factory or Production Manager with a vision for long-term success?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent manufacturing facility as it enters an exciting phase of expansion and growth.

In this role, you will lead the overall operation of all manufacturing, commercial and operational functions, including safety, quality, production, supply chain and engineering. You will drive operational efficiencies that yield improvements in margins, results and standards.

Reporting to the company’s Finance & Operations Director, you will promote a modern manufacturing environment with a collaborative, inclusive style. You will ensure staff receive the training, guidance and instruction to perform at their very best, while instilling a focus on continuous improvement in all areas.

To be considered for this role, you need to have experience in a similar Operations or Production Management role, ideally in a small to medium-sized manufacturing site. An understanding of wet goods manufacturing is an advantage.
