A fast-growing, luxury beauty startup is looking for an experienced, talented Social Media Manager to elevate their brand image and drive awareness. With the role comes plenty of scope for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global social media strategy with focus on UK and US
- Oversee all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Leverage analytics to track performance and inform tactical recommendations
- Foster social community engagement and brand visibility
- Collaborate with graphic designer on timely, relevant, quality content
- Partner with marketing teams to spot social and content opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years in social media management for luxury beauty or skincare
- Proven track record of working with Influencers
- Strong understanding of beauty and luxury consumer behaviour
- Analytical with ability to leverage data and insights
- Creative thinker and highly organised
This hybrid role is based 3 days a week in the company’s new Central London offices, and 2 days at home.
