Are you an experienced Technical Sales Manager within the Cosmetic Raw Material and Ingredients market selling into the cosmetic or VMS brands, retailers and manufacturers?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organic ingredient manufacturer as Commercial Manager. With your tenacious personality you will drive new business, deliver sales and profit growth, whilst developing operational and strategic business plans with your customers.
You will identify areas of current and future profitable growth that is both ambitious and achievable. You’re a tough negotiator to ensure you deliver sales, margin and profit targets and long-term success.
You will be responsible for developing the team supporting you, motivating and inspiring them with achievable and strategic goals. You will also manage slow moving stock, MOQ’s whilst ensuring an exceptional product portfolio.
You know what consumers are looking for, keeping in touch with consumer and ingredient trends as well as competitor analysis, this knowledge will be vital in accurately forecasting volume, sales and investment required.
Experience in formulation and manufacture of cosmetics or VMS or selling ingredients into and managing both indie and large brands as well as manufacturers is essential and ideally a chemistry, cosmetic science or similar scientific degree.
This is a flexible office and home based role, you will need to be able to get to the office in South East 2-3 days a week.
