Progress your career in a growing team at a leading fragrance and beauty distributor, as it gears up for accelerated growth. The company is looking for a creative team player with a passion for beauty who feels completely at home in online spaces.
Coming from a similar role, ideally within fragrance, beauty or personal care, you bring a talent for analytics and organisation, and a focus on getting the job done.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate product launches, promotional items and collateral to drive sales
- Maintain updated, on-brand content across retailer websites
- Produce and implement brand assets with agencies, suppliers, and retailers
- Monitor e-retailer visibility for own and competitor brands, identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on trade marketing planning and execution
- Build retail strategies and relationships to boost brand and sales
- Create local activities and POS to support strategies
- Lead execution of all launch events
- Monitor retailers’ performance monthly, adjusting plans to optimise results
In this hybrid role, you will work in the office 3 days each week.
