Key Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the commercial and brand strategy, taking the business from launch to a recognised name in the beauty device category
- Represent the company publicly, across press, events and social platforms, as a credible and compelling voice in beauty
- Build and lead the commercial team, including hires across marketing, sales and operations
- Work closely with the founding and manufacturing partners to bring the product to market (including navigating the next phase of regulatory certification) and scale it internationally
- Bring rigour to decision-making, balancing bold brand ambition with the discipline of a well-run business
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within beauty, luxury, wellness or consumer products
- Understand how to build brands and communities
- Commercially astute and entrepreneurial
- Can inspire investors, partners and customers alike
