Join a dynamic innovation team where you’ll create and refine formulations that bring new beauty products to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-quality, commercially successful products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise formulations in line with internal and external briefs
- Modify existing products to improve performance, cost or scalability
- Conduct testing to assess quality, stability and performance of formulations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate raw materials
- Support scale-up from lab to manufacturing, identifying potential risks
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, production and quality teams to deliver projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems
- Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs and good laboratory practices
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Experience in formulation, ideally within cosmetics or personal care
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, stability and product performance
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem solving
