Join an established speciality ingredients distributor as it grows its UK cosmetics operation. With the backing of a wider European network, you will develop new customer and supplier relationships, introduce speciality and active ingredients, and build a strong commercial pipeline across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the UK cosmetics ingredients business
- Identify prospects and generate new sales opportunities
- Win and develop accounts across the UK and Ireland
- Build strong customer, supplier and partner relationships
- Present speciality and active ingredients to manufacturers
- Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through to commercial agreement
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong business development experience in cosmetic or personal care ingredients
- Knowledge of the UK cosmetics manufacturing market
- A proven ability to generate revenue and convert new accounts
- Excellent commercial, presentation and negotiation skills, plus a full UK driving licence
