An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Global Creative Director to shape the creative agenda of an international fragrance house. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the creative strategy, lead perfumery and fragrance development, and strengthen collaboration across the globe.
You will raise creative standards, inspire and develop global talent, and ensure resources are focused on the right opportunities to drive customer success and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead global creative strategy, setting clear priorities across markets and regions
- Lead and inspire international perfumery and fragrance development teams
- Allocate creative talent and resources effectively across global projects and commercial priorities
- Champion fragrance excellence and provide creative leadership for strategic customers and major opportunities
- Connect perfumery and fragrance development with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Technical teams to accelerate innovation
- Translate fragrance technologies, market insight and creative capabilities into relevant regional solutions and customer wins
- Strengthen talent development, mentoring, succession planning and knowledge sharing across international teams
- Establish effective global standards that improve creative quality, speed, collaboration and delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive senior-level fragrance industry experience, ideally with a strong perfumery background and Master Perfumer credentials
- Strong international leadership experience, with the credibility to guide senior creative talent across diverse markets and cultures
- Proven expertise in global project and talent allocation, balancing creative excellence with commercial priorities
- Strategic, collaborative and pragmatic approach, with strong fine fragrance knowledge and wider cross-category expertise advantageous
