Join a fast-growing, award-winning hair and wellness brand as Global Education Manager and shape education across the UK and international markets. In this hands-on role, you will provide salon professionals, distributors and educators with engaging, science-led training.
Working closely with colleagues, international partnerships and product specialists, you will improve education programmes, support new product launches and help drive continued global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging education for key salon accounts, international distributors and industry events
- Lead group, in-salon, virtual and Train the Trainer sessions
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a UK educator team
- Support and coordinate a growing freelance educator network in the USA
- Create effective onboarding and ongoing education for international distribution partners
- Review and improve training programmes, presentations and supporting materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop education for new product launches
- Monitor delivery, attendance, feedback, educator utilisation and costs
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering education or training within professional haircare, beauty or a related industry
- Proven ability to manage, coach and develop educators or trainers
- Confident presentation skills, excellent organisation and a proactive approach
- Experience of international distributors, educator networks or Train the Trainer programmes, with flexibility for regular travel
