Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise formulations for hair dyes, bleaches and colour products
- Design and carry out laboratory experiments to support formulation work
- Analyse results and recommend improvements using scientific data
- Support product development from concept through to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scale-up and production
- Monitor industry trends, ingredients and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
- Drive innovation, sustainability and product performance
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a related field
- Some experience in hair colour formulation and development
- Strong understanding of ingredients, testing methods and regulations
- Analytical, proactive and collaborative mindset
