In this hands-on, NPD management role you will lead the development and delivery of exciting new products for a key UK retail account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new product concepts, formulations, fragrances and packaging
- Source and manage suppliers and factories, negotiating pricing, lead times and production requirements
- Coordinate product testing, stability trials, approvals and sealing processes
- Manage artwork, packaging specs, barcodes, certifications and compliance documentation
- Prepare costings, pricing models and NPD documentation
- Create and maintain critical paths to ensure projects stay on track
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, production, sales and compliance teams throughout development
- Meet time and budget targets, maintaining the highest quality standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong NPD experience in beauty, personal care, home fragrance, gift or FMCG
- Proven ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
- Previous experience working with Chinese manufacturers
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
