Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of forecasting, inventory planning and stock optimisation
- Drive wholesale order fulfilment from order to delivery
- Lead production, supply chain and stock availability
- Manage global logistics and 3PL partner performance
- Optimise inventory systems, reporting and stock accuracy
- Deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage customs documentation and international shipments
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive beauty, skincare or luxury retail operations experience
- Strong international logistics and supply chain expertise
- Confident with ERP systems, reporting and data analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
