Join an international beauty business in a pivotal Product Compliance role, managing regulatory and sustainability projects from initial feasibility through to successful delivery. Working cross-functionally with NPD, Artwork & Packaging, Regulatory, Sustainability, R&D and international markets, you will help protect market access and embed compliant ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory and sustainability projects from feasibility and planning through to execution and closure
- Translate regulatory, sustainability and business requirements into clear scope, deliverables, milestones, budgets and implementation plans
- Assess project feasibility, resource requirements, business impact and delivery options
- Maintain risk, issue, dependency and decision logs, agreeing mitigation plans and escalating issues when required
- Lead cross-functional project execution across NPD, Artwork & Packaging, Regulatory, Sustainability, R&D and international markets
- Create and deliver effective internal communication plans using presentations, meetings, emails and reports
- Provide clear project reporting and escalation to management
- Support wider Regulatory activities and business requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong project management experience gained in a business environment, ideally within cosmetics, food or food supplements
- Technical or scientific qualification, plus PRINCE2 project management certification
- Understanding of NPD processes and current cosmetics and food legislation
- Experience managing international project teams and change
