Are you an accomplished Regulatory Affairs leader with extensive experience navigating the GCC regulatory landscape?
Do you combine strong leadership and commercial awareness with the ability to influence regulators and industry stakeholders?
This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a global consumer business, shaping regulatory strategy across a diverse international portfolio. You will protect market access, anticipate regulatory change and build influential relationships with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver regulatory strategy across a complex portfolio of international markets.
- Maintain senior oversight of product compliance, registration and continued market access.
- Anticipate regulatory developments and manage risks affecting products, ingredients, innovation and commercial plans.
- Develop external advocacy strategies and engage with regulatory authorities, standards bodies and industry associations.
- Lead regulatory intelligence and horizon-scanning activity, identifying legislative, geopolitical and sustainability developments.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Regulatory, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal and Corporate Affairs.
- Lead and develop multicultural, geographically dispersed regulatory teams.
- Drive strong governance, process harmonisation and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive Regulatory Affairs experience within cosmetics, consumer products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong GCC regulatory experience and an excellent understanding of the region’s regulatory environment.
- Fluent Arabic and English, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Based in Dubai, with a strategic and commercially astute approach to leadership.
