Are you an experienced Perfumer with exceptional creativity and strong technical expertise?
Do you love creating winning fragrances that excite customers and deliver lasting commercial success?
We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Senior Perfumer to join an established fragrance house. You will create innovative, commercially successful fragrances across multiple categories, combining artistic flair with strong technical knowledge.
Working closely with Perfumery, Evaluation, Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams, you will bring customer briefs to life while contributing to wider creative strategy and fragrance innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, commercial fragrances that meet customer briefs and odour expectations
- Develop technically sound fragrances that meet regulatory, performance and stability requirements
- Adapt and modify creations across different products, price points and regulatory needs
- Create proactive concepts for customer meetings, events and the fragrance library
- Apply GCMS knowledge to fragrance creation, matching and development
- Collaborate with Perfumery, Evaluation, Marketing, Sales, Product Development and R&D teams
- Present fragrance creations to customers and provide creative support during client meetings
- Contribute to fragrance technology, creative strategy and the development of perfumery skills across the team
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Perfumer, supported by a recognised perfumery qualification such as ISIPCA or equivalent
- Outstanding creativity combined with strong technical knowledge and an understanding of GCMS techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain creative strategy and concepts
- An energetic, passionate team player with fluent English and a collaborative approach
