Are you an experienced hair professional or educator looking for an exciting part-time role working three days a week?
Do you love educating salon teams, sharing product knowledge and building strong customer relationships?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing hair and wellness brand in a part-time, 3 days a week field role. You’ll travel throughout your region, delivering inspiring salon education, supporting new customers and helping existing accounts get the very best from their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging in-salon education sessions
- Train stylists on products and consultation techniques
- Deliver group education events across your territory
- Support new salon accounts through structured onboarding
- Improve product knowledge, recommendation confidence and retail performance
- Work with internal teams to plan and prioritise appointments
- Maintain accurate reporting after education sessions
- Build strong salon relationships and share customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified hairdresser or experienced professional educator
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your territory
