We are pleased to publish our annual Salary Survey & Industry Report, capturing information and opinions across the beauty, cosmetics and personal care industry.
The Report provides salary bands for 50+ key roles across five industry sectors: Technical, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Top Level Management.
It reveals that 73% of respondents have worked in the industry for six years or more, while 39% have changed roles within the last two years, demonstrating both stability and dynamic career opportunities.
Flexible working continues to divide opinion and influence career decisions. The industry faces recruitment challenges as companies implement return-to-office policies, but many candidates would decline even their “dream job” if it required full-time workplace attendance.
AI adoption has surged dramatically in the last 12 months, with 60% of respondents now using AI at work compared to just 24% last year. Notably, most respondents view AI as an enabler rather than a threat, expecting it to reduce workload and improve processes without threatening job security.
