We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, manage projects from brief to delivery, and identify opportunities for business growth. Join a creative team committed to collaboration, commercial thinking and exceptional client service, working 3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client briefs from initial enquiry through to successful production and delivery
- Be the contact point for clients, providing clear and efficient communication
- Coordinate cross-function internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Oversee project timelines and communications to deliver exceptional client service
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Lead RFPs and tender submissions, delivering proposals that secure new business
- Develop account strategies that support growth, retention and long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in beauty, fashion, influencer or luxury account management
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
