Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategic partnerships across beauty, fashion, luxury travel, wellness and lifestyle sectors.
• Identify, negotiate and manage high-impact collaborations, co-branded campaigns and exclusive launches.
• Create and execute premium brand experiences, activations and events that generate excitement and engagement.
• Lead VIP, celebrity and influencer gifting programmes to strengthen brand advocacy.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, ambassadors, stylists and industry tastemakers.
• Manage partnership budgets, agreements and performance analysis.
• Measure commercial success, ROI, earned media value and customer acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to expand successful collaborations and maximise brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering luxury brand partnerships and commercial collaborations.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and executing premium events, activations and brand experiences.
• Commercially minded, creative and highly organised, with a passion for beauty and luxury brands.
