Are you an ecommerce operator who loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done?
Can you manage TikTok Shop, Shopify, CS and inventory for a fast-growing beauty brand?
We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Operations Manager to handle operational processes across TikTok Shop, Shopify and marketplace channels.
This fully-remote freelance role can be done anywhere in the world, working 25 hours per week during UK business hours.
Project Scope:
- Ensure efficient operations processes across TikTok Shop and Shopify
- Manage FBT replenishment, stock forecasting and inventory performance
- Oversee fulfilment, returns, refunds and order exception management
- Implement inventory management platform (Cin7, Linnworks or similar)
- Build and optimise CS processes across multiple channels
- Implement AI-powered customer service solutions and automation
- Create SOPs and scalable operational processes
- Deliver KPI reporting and operational improvement recommendations
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations and FBT
- Operational Shopify experience covering fulfilment, stock and customer journey management
- Experience with multi-channel inventory management systems
- Proven ability to work independently on pre-defined projects
