This fast-growing, dynamic business is looking for a talented GC–MS Analyst to join their busy team. You will apply your analytical chemistry expertise to test, analyse and interpret results across a range of market samples and fragrance materials, contributing high-quality data and helping develop those around you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, calibrate and maintain Agilent GC–MS instrumentation
• Generate accurate, timely analytical data to support business needs
• Analyse and interpret complex chromatographic data across diverse samples
• Troubleshoot and refine extraction and analytical methods
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the internal GC–MS library
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
Candidate Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry. Perfumery Science or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on GC–MS experience, including MassHunter and ChemStation
• Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide others
• Detail-focused, organised and naturally curious
