Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a European sales strategy aligned with a luxury and niche positioning.
- Grow revenue, distribution and brand desirability across key European prestige markets.
- Develop and lead joint business plans with premium distributors and high‑end retail partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins and marketing investment at senior level.
- Drive elevated trade marketing and in‑store experiences that reflect luxury brand values.
- Ensure flawless execution of launches, campaigns and seasonal activations in store.
- Track sales performance, forecasts and P&L, sharing strategic insights with leadership.
- Act as a senior brand ambassador in market, representing the brand with credibility and authority.
Candidate Requirements:
