Key Responsibilities:
- Support the regulatory team with product registration for new launches
- Maintain and update the regulatory database accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and communicate changes in regulations and policies
- Ensure compliance with company processes and local authorities
- Liaise with internal teams to provide clear, timely updates
- Prepare and submit documentation to relevant authorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Assist in audits and regulatory inspections
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, Food, Pharma or Medical Devices
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with an open, collaborative style
- Fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh
