This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing personal care business where regulatory expertise plays a central role in product development and market expansion. Reporting into the Head of Regulatory, you’ll support new and existing products across global markets, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior colleagues with global regulatory guidance and compliance activity
- Collaborate on product registrations across the UK, EU, US, Middle East and RoW markets
- Provide regulatory guidance to NPD, labelling, compliance and post‑marketing teams
- Ensure finished products meet regulatory requirements for composition, labelling and claims
- Monitor cosmetic legislation changes and assess impact on existing and future products
- Review promotional and advertising materials to ensure local regulatory compliance
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and maintain strong relationships with authorities
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in a life science or related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs within the personal care or cosmetics industry.
- Practical knowledge of product registration, labelling and compliance processes
- A confident communicator, comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders
