Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with R&D, purchasing and marketing teams across customer accounts.
- Develop a detailed understanding of personal care ingredients, their chemistry and formulation benefits.
- Present technical information clearly and confidently to customers.
- Support customer product development through ingredient recommendations and application advice.
- Demonstrate ingredients through prototype formulations and product concepts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Gather market intelligence and industry trends to support commercial growth.
- Attend customer meetings, industry exhibitions and networking events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a scientific discipline or similar technical background.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Motivated, organised and eager to develop a successful sales career.
